O2 wanted to simultaneously reward employees and assess gaps in product knowledge across 3 of their UK call centers.
The objective was to create a fun engagement that gained valuable insights for the company's HR and Training departments.
To meet the objectives we created an interactive branded quiz that tested employees on their knowledge of the O2 Priority products.
Every participant was rewarded with a prize for participation and players with the highest scores were entered into a prize draw to win gig tickets and O2 Priority experiences.
The O2 Vending Jukebox was built to be a fun and on-brand experience. Social Vends in-house design team put it together with assets provided and our development team built it.
The data captured was exceptionally insightful and highlighted gaps in training and knowledge across the 3 sites.
